YOUR 2011/12 SEASON TICKET QUESTIONS ANSWERED

When do passes go on sale?
Passes go on sale at the first rate on Tuesday 26th April until Monday 23rd May.

I am an existing Season Ticket Holder, how long do I have to renew my own seat?
You have until Monday, 23rd May.

If I miss the above period when can I purchase from?
Passes will go back on sale on Wednesday 1st June at the new rate.

How do I apply?
The easiest way is to fill in your form and return it to us in the prepaid envelope provided within the deadline.

Can I pay by Direct Debit during this period?
Yes, Adults will have to pay £100.00 deposit and concessions £50.00 with the remainder being spread over 4 or 7 equal monthly payments starting on 28th June.

Can I change the payment date on my Direct Debit?
No, unfortunately all payments will come out on the 28th of each month.

I used the Buyback scheme, how do I get my credit?
If you have renewed your pass for the 11/12 season a cheque will be sent to you during the summer.

Can I move seat?
Yes, you can move into any seat which has not been occupied for the 10/11 season until the 23rd May. The Club will announce a date when supporters who have bought a pass for the 11/12 season will have the opportunity to relocate to any unallocated 10/11 season pass.

I am a new Season Ticket Holder, when can I purchase my new seat from?
You can purchase any unallocated seat from 26th April.

I am paying by the 12 month Easy Plan Scheme, what do I have to do?
Nothing, your pass will be automatically processed at the first rate. You should have received confirmation by letter or email and your first few payments should have already been taken out of your account.
