When do passes go on sale?
Passes go on sale on Saturday 27th February.

What date do I have to renew by to guarantee the same price as 09/10?
Your application form must reach us by 12th March to guarantee the same price.

How do I apply?
The best way to apply for your pass is to post the application to us in the prepaid envelope supplied within the deadline.

Can I pay by Direct Debit during this period?
Yes, Adults will have to pay £100.00 deposit and concessions £50.00 with the remainder being spread over 4 months.

If I do not buy my pass during this period when is my seat saved until?
Season Ticket holders have until 30th April to renew their own seat but the price goes up from 15th March.

I am paying by the 12 month Easy Plan Scheme what do I have to do?
Nothing, your pass will be automatically processed at the first rate. You should have received confirmation by letter of your payments and the first payment should have already been taken from your account.

Can I move my seat?
No not at the moment. The Club will announce in due course a date when any season ticket holders that have renewed have the opportunity to relocate.

I bought a Half Season Pass in the North Stand, what do I do?
You will be sent a letter with your renewal form explaining how you can renew.

What if my price is different to this Season?
Have you changed category? If not it could be that we do not have your date of birth or it is incorrect. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600.

2009/10 TICKET BUY BACK SCHEME

Tigers fans can take advantage of a safe and official ticket Buy Back Scheme.

This service will allow Hull City Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend home matches the opportunity to offer their seat back to the Club for re-sale. In the event that the Club are able to re-sell the seat, Season Ticket holders will then be entitled to a credit against the price of their 2010/11 Season Ticket.

Credits will be offered as follows:
£10 Adults (22 & over)
£5 Concessions (60+, 16-22, 11-15 year olds, U10's none Family Areas)
£2 Juniors (10 and under in the Family Area)

NEXT STEPS

By Phone:
1. Contact the Ticket Office in advance to establish the appropriate matchday voucher number.
2. Complete a Buy Back form (available to download (BuyBack 2009/10) or in person from the Ticket Office).
3. Write your name and address on the reverse of the matchday voucher and return together with the Buy Back form to the Ticket Office to arrive at least 7 days prior to the game.

In Person:
1. Take your Season Ticket book into the Ticket Office and complete a Buy Back form available from the Ticket Office.
2. Write your name and address on the reverse of the appropriate matchday voucher and hand in together with the Buy Back form (must be at least 7 days prior to the game).
Confirmation

The Ticket Office will confirm whether your ticket has been sold via SMS or email within 48 hours of the game. If your ticket remains unsold after this period, you have the option to recall your ticket for your own use.
Credit can only be used against the price of your 10/11 Season Ticket.
