Although the Tigers took plenty of confidence from their opening day victory against Swansea, Nolberto Solano says the players have put that game behind them as they focus fully on Saturday's trip to Millwall.
A trip to The New Den is never easy and with the newly-promoted Lions having claimed one of the results of the opening weekend with a 3-0 win at Bristol City, Soloano knows the Tigers are going to have to be at their best to come away with a positive scoreline.
"Millwall had a great result last weekend, winning away from home," Solano told TIGERS Player.
"However, away games are always tough and we have to prepare for that. We must be strong because any team in this division at home will come out in the first 20 minutes and try to score goals.
"That is why it is very important that we concentrate and don't concede any goals. If we do that, we have a good chance of taking an important point or even three, that would be fantastic.
"We know this season is going to be very tough, as is normal at this level. There's not that much difference between all the teams, so it was good to start well last weekend. The clean sheet was good and is important for us going forward.
"If we can defend like that for most of the season, we have a great chance to keep on winning games."
Solano is confident that the squad is gelling together well and will continue to get stronger as time goes on.
"I think that will get better and better. The manager is always telling everybody that we must always stick together.
"A lot of hard work goes in as well because working as a unit is very important. If we want to be successful, we have to work as a unit."
