Ready To Build

Posted on: Fri 20 Nov 2009

Richard Garcia is determined to make up for lost time as the Tigers return to action against West Ham on Saturday.

The Australian missed the first three months of the season after picking up a knee injury during the summer but has played in City's last two games and he hopes to continue his run in the side this weekend.

"It feels great to be back in action," said Garcia.

"It's been a long, hard rehab but I'm really pleased to be back in the team. It was great to be involved in the win against Stoke and that was fantastic for our confidence.

"The performance in that game was testament to the hard work we have been putting in during training.

"We'll be looking at putting in a similar performance again this weekend against West Ham. We know we have to build on every performance and hopefully that will happen on Saturday."
