Juniors To Face York

Posted on: Fri 27 Jan 2012

Hull City Juniors will be hoping to return to action this weekend with a home fixture against York (KO 11am).

A waterlogged pitch saw the postponement of last weekend's cup game against Stockport County and City are eager to get back out onto the pitch.

Billy Russell's side currently lead the Youth Alliance North East Conference table by five points and have two games in hand over their nearest challengers. York are currently in third place, nine points behind the Tigers having already played three games more.

Saturday's game will be played at the Hull City Ideal Standard Centre of Excellence on County Road with admission free for all supporters.

Meanwhile, City's cup game away at Stockport has been rearranged for Tuesday 31st January (KO 2pm).
