Paul McShane is fit and available for Saturday's home game against Chelsea.

The Republic of Ireland international has missed the last three matches with a hamstring problem but has recovered in time for the visit of the league leaders.

Dean Marney appears to be the only doubt for the weekend with a calf problem, although manager Phil Brown hopes to include the midfielder.

"Dean is going through the trials and tribulations of recovering from a slight injury," said Brown.

"We need to get him out on a field of grass and test him out that way. When you have a calf problem, there is always a slight doubt when the grounds are as hard as they are at the moment.

"It is difficult for Dean at the moment, but hopefully with another day of rest he will be ready for Saturday."
