Hull City's first full training session since landing in Beijing took place at the Worker's Stadium on Tuesday evening (local time).

The former Olympic venue will host the 2009 Barclays Asia Trophy which begins on Wednesday and rarely will the Tigers have trained in such an atmosphere.

Not only was the intense humidity a factor, the watching spectators ensured there was a cracking atmosphere as an impromptu sing-off between local Beijing Guoan fans and around 20-30 City followers filled the ground with noise.

It was appreciated by the players and coaching staff who couldn't help but raise a smile with manager Phil Brown only too pleased to acknowledge the travelling black and amber army.
