How Your Membership works
Tickets can only be ordered by downloading an Official Match Ticket Application Form from the 'Members Page' of the Club's Official Website www.hullcityafc.net. Please note that members will automatically be sent an application form for category A & B games. Once you have applied successfully for a game in category A or B you will not be sent an application form for the alternative game within the same category.
Ticket Application Forms will be made available approximately 6 weeks in advance of games and full details will appear within the 'Members Page' section of the Official Website.
The completed Match Ticket Application Form must be returned to the Ticket Office by post or email only within the time period stated on the 'Members Page'. Please note Members wishing to sit together must return their forms together at the same time.
Your application will be processed after the closing date and you will receive either an email or SMS confirmation. If the number of applications for one game outweighs the number of tickets available, a ballot will be held and members who have been successful in their application will be notified by email or SMS.
Members who have been unsuccessful in their application will be allocated an alternative game from the same category.
Once the closing date for applications has finished no further orders will be accepted. Any remaining tickets will be placed on general sale via telephone and web sales after the members priority period and details will be announced on the tickets page of the clubs official website www.hullcityafc.net
