Chairman Looking Forward To New Season
Tigers Chairman Paul Duffen is looking forward to the new season after the fixture list for 2009/10 was revealed on Wednesday morning.
City face a trip to Chelsea first up with home games against Tottenham and Bolton to follow.
Other fixtures of note see Phil Brown's side visit Liverpool in September while a first home clash against one of the 'Big Four' comes with a visit from Manchester United on Boxing Day.
City then visit Old Trafford for a midweek fixture in late January and round the season off with a home game against Liverpool.
Speaking after seeing the fixture list for the first time the City Chairman said:
"It is always a high point of the Summer to see the fixture list for the forthcoming season and it is particularly fabulous for Hull City to be looking at a second season of facing Barclays Premier League opponents.
"We have to play every club twice and the order in which we play is beyond our control and in truth makes little difference to the final outcome.
"But it is wonderful to see that we have an opening fixture against Chelsea and a final game at home to Liverpool."
