Representing the club at the February meeting were Chairman Paul Duffen, Commercial Director Andy Dawson, Ticket Office manager Carol Taylor and Fans Liaison Officer Danny Pratt.

Loyalty
The new loyalty scheme was discussed at length. The Committee looked at other loyalty schemes and agreed a basic policy. All Season Ticket holders will be awarded 1000 points, all additional points will be added at 10 points per game home & away. Obviously Season Ticket holders will not receive points for home games. Members agreed to come back to the next meeting with further ideas. The Club expect to have this scheme in place for the start of next season.

Crowds
Members are disappointed that attendances are not rising. The Chairman feels that we are still suffering from the performances over the last two seasons. The Committee feel that the club has not been marketed in recent years. However, the Chairman believes performances last season and the growing competition from two rugby teams is the main factor.

Toilets
Members asked if we could look further into adding mirrors into the toilets. A lack of hot water was again mentioned in some areas of the ground.

Joint Season Ticket
A Member asked if there are plans to introduce a joint Hull City/Hull FC season ticket. The Chairman explained that there are no plans in place for rugby and football joint season tickets.

Reserved Seating
Members asked why previously unreserved sections of the stadium are switching to reserved seating. The Club will improve the stadium capacity by 10% by moving to reserved seating. With plans in place for the club to move forward this extra 10% capacity will be valuable. Any supporters in the reserved areas wishing to bring a friend to a game can pop in to the ticket office and exchange their pass for seats together.

Policing/Stewarding
Some members representing supporters in the East Stand feel they are stopped from supporting their team by the stewards in that area.

Replica Ball
A Hull City football is available in the club shop. However the match ball used by the first team is not available to purchase.

E1
E1 will be open to pass holders only from the Burnley game onwards.

Catering
A member raised a complaint regarding the condition of the shutters on the catering kiosks. This will be checked immediately. Members also asked when the club crest glasses will be in place.

Tiger Travel
Recently, problems with alcohol on the coaches have arisen. The club have changed the booking process and now all travellers must be booked under their individual name and customer numbers. Increased signage has been added to the vehicles and bag checks and announcements prior to departure are now in place.

Beer Prices
A Member asked if just the beer increased in price. Only the beer has increased (due to brewery increase) everything else is the same price.

Kit
A member asked if Nike have purchased Umbro, will this mean any changes to our kit. The Chairman explained that this should not affect us in any way.

Season Tickets
Season tickets will be on sale from 3rd March.

Sports Bar
Various complaints were raised regarding the Sports Bar. For the Colchester game the members had no pies, coffee or chairs. The feeling from the members is that the area lacks any real management and needs improving.

Ticket Prices
A member asked if the club have considered reducing the ticket prices further to improve gates. The Chairman does not feel that the price is the problem and is very keen not to de-value the product that Season Ticket holders have loyally purchased.
