Away Tickets

The club will be introducing a loyalty scheme through a new CRM system in the near future. The running and scoring of this system will be discussed with the ticket office manager at our next meeting.

Voucher Schemes

A member feels strongly that voucher schemes should be trialled for the catering kiosks. He asked if we cannot provide pre-ordering, can we look into beer tokens on sale in advance of games to speed up queuing time. The Chairman agreed to investigate further.

Pre-season

Committee members asked if there were any plans to organise a pre-season tour. The Chairman explained that nothing is in place as yet and the manager would decide what was best for the preparation of the team. However, we could accommodate an away fixture in the pre-season and will try if at all possible.

Cars

Members raised a continuing problem with cars leaving the stadium bowl and driving through pedestrian traffic after the game. This should not happen and any vehicles doing this risk having their parking pass removed.

Big Screen

The Chairman explained that the big screen has made tremendous progress and will continue to improve and evolve game by game.

Matchday Programme

A member suggested that he feels he is reading the same content in the magazine and the programme. This should not be the case.

Home Kit

A Member asked if supporters can have more of a say in the kit design. The Chairman explained that the supplier (Umbro) has a huge say in the design of the kit. Also, he feels that it's very difficult to agree a kit with fans who are so divided by the design.

Tiger Travel

There are toilets and a TV on every Tiger Travel coach.

Cup Teams

A Member asked whether we should be fielding weakened teams in the cup. The Chairman felt that the team was strong enough to win at Plymouth in the cup as it was at Crewe and Wigan in the Carling Cup.

Hot Drinks

A supporter had experienced a problem with a burn from a hot drink but felt that they had not had a satisfactory response from the club. This will be investigated further.

City Centre Presence

Members still feel that the club has no presence around the city. A deal is currently being agreed to give the club a presence in town pubs via the stadium brewery. Members felt that we should send fixture cards and wall charts to all pubs.

Sports Bar

The Sports Bar members would like the bookmakers to be more noticeable within the bar. The Members also asked if they can have a highlights package post game in the bar. The Chairman explained that this could be possible in the near future.

Catering

Members complained that they could not purchase a balti pie anywhere in the stadium at the West Bromwich Albion game. Beer prices will increase in February due to increased brewery prices. Members feel that the hot drinks hawkers in the stadium are a waste of time as they have never seen them in the stadium.

MOTM

A member asked if the man of the match text votes are just weekly or would they add to the end of season awards. At the moment they are for each individual game however an end of season award could be added for future seasons.
