Season Passes
A member asked if the easy plan scheme will be available in December? Yes various packages will be available in December (including a half season ticket) in an attempt to improve gates.

Disappointing Crowds
Members feel that the club do not do enough to encourage new supporters to games. The opinion of the committee was that they do not see fixture lists, posters etc. in pubs clubs around the ground. Members of the committee are still unhappy with the presence the club has in the city.

Beam Back
The beam back is purely a service to supporters and not a profit making exercise. Supporters attending the beam back will be allowed to pay on the day.

Segregation
The Stadium Manager will always try to minimise segregation wherever possible. Just as everyone else connected with the club he would like to see as little unsold seats as possible. The football club has canvassed all of the other Championship clubs regarding segregation.

Police
The Stadium manager has regular meetings with the police. The Committee members agreed that the presence of police in and around the stadium has lowered and that the match day policing is less intimidating than previously. Ideally everyone would like a non policed stadium. It would be a good idea to invite a senior representative of the police force to a future meeting.

Stadium Egress
An incident was raised when supporters had been stopped walking around the inside of the stadium bowl after the Preston game. The incident is being investigated and supporters will always be allowed to leave by the safest & quickest way possible.

Kiosks
Members again raised problems with the speed of service and congestion at half time. It was agreed that a member of the catering management should be invited to our next meeting. Should we have a lower service window at the kiosks for disabled supporters?

Smoking
The Stadium Management Company is trying to meet the current legislation. This is a problem that is happening at every other club. We had 4 ejections for smoking at The Preston match. The smoking areas outside the sports bar needs to be addressed, however smoking provisions will not be made for supporters outside the ground.

Sports Bar
The Members asked if they could have betting slips & pens for Ladbrokes in the sports bar. The Members would also like to see tea or coffee available in the bar at each game.

Water
Various problems have been raised with water in the toilets around the stadium. Investigations have revealed that we have a malfunction in the water system. This will be investigated further and repaired.

Season Tickets
A Member asked if the club would look into the possibility of always having a season ticket on sale? The idea will be investigated further.

Walton St Car Park
The Walton Street car park belongs to the council.  The Stadium Manager has written to the council to agree a strategy for egress and to highlight the problems with poor lighting& pot holes on the car park. The FLC Members agreed that they would like to send a letter to the council stressing their concerns with the car park. Members asked why the Pedestrian gates are always closed & why traffic wardens are no longer used on Walton Street? The council & police restructure meant that the traffic wardens are no longer under the police rule.

Lighting
The club are trying to illuminate more of the site. New floodlights have been fitted at the north east corner of the stadium and will soon be fitted in the south east corner.

PA System
The system is still not clear in some areas of the ground. Work is ongoing and extra speakers have been installed.

TV's
Televisions have again been turned off too early after games.

Lifts
The stadium was built without a service lift. This can cause problems on match days. The SMC always have a lift engineer on site at every game.

Fence
Will the fencing in the north east corner be taken down? The Stadium Manager is happy to have a meeting with a nominated group to discuss the fence. The fence works very well for this stadium at the moment.

Flights
Could we charter flights to games for supporters as other clubs do? The cost would be too high at the moment but it could be a future possibility.
