tigerleisure.com, and starting with the Bolton Wanderers home match which will go on sale later this week, will be the facility to purchase home & away match tickets along with away coach travel online - no need to call or queue any more.
All fans for whom we have an email address will be sent out their new
tigerleisure.com login details today – look out for a mail from us with them in as you will need these details in order to log in. Remember to look in your JUNK MAIL folder, just in case our mail has gone in there by mistake.
Because of the way the internet works you might not be able to see the new
tigerleisure.com straight away – maybe even for a day or two – so when you click the link you should be looking for a website with a menu with a white background on the left hand side of your screen, and a ‘My Account’ link at the top right of your screen.
Sometimes pressing REFRESH on your web browser can help update the page, but sometimes you will have to wait for your internet service provider to be updated, so please be patient.
When TigersCard holders purchase merchandise from the new tigerleisure.com and from our stores they will earn TeamCard loyalty points to the same value & percentage in loyalty points as they did with their previous discount.
TeamCard loyalty points that fans earn over the next two weeks from tigerleisure.com will be retrospectively added to their account at the end of August once our systems are fully linked. After that point, TeamCard loyalty points will be added to fans’ accounts almost immediately.
Once TeamCard loyalty points are added to fans’ accounts then they can be redeemed against Tigers merchandise, selected hospitality events, occasional ‘money can’t buy’ offers, and more.
