Corry Evans is expected to be sidelined for around a fortnight with the injury he picked up during the pre-match warm-up at Crystal Palace on Tuesday night.
Evans, who had been named amongst the substitutes for the clash with the Eagles, had to withdraw from the squad after picking up a quad strain shortly before kick-off.
The Northern Ireland international is likely to target the Tigers’ trip to Huddersfield for a first team return.
Meanwhile, Matty Fryatt continues to make good progress in his rehabilitation from Achilles surgery and is anticipated to make a return to training during the international break later this month.
