The Tigers have completed the signing of Stephen Quinn from Sheffield United for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old midfielder has put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal with the club.
Quinn was named in last season's League One Team of the Year by the PFA as he accumulated over 50 appearances to take his overall tally in a Sheffield United shirt past the 200 mark.
He also topped the League One assists chart as he created an impressive 14 goals for his team-mates in 2011/12.
Having progressed though the Blades' youth set-up, the hard-working Irishman made his debut for the club in a League Cup win at Shrewsbury Town in September 2005.
After loan spells at MK Dons and Rotherham United, Quinn firmly established as a regular fixture in the Blades' side and won the club's Player of the Year in 2010/11.
