Following a review of our new ticketing system which was in place for the first time at our last home game against Brighton, we are placing extra staff both inside and outside the turnstiles to help alleviate queues at in highly populated areas of the stadium with the aim to get you into the ground more efficiently.
However, we need your cooperation in arriving a few minutes earlier than normal to aid the process, and we would be grateful once again if you would help us to help you.
It is also worth pointing out that with our new barcode entry system, adult and concession Season Card/match ticket holders are able to enter through the same turnstile and don’t have to queue separately.
Please note there are also continuing road works on Bricknell Avenue, Chanterlands Avenue and Anlaby Road/Hawthorne Avenue which will inevitably cause delays pre and post match.
Cash turnstiles will only be in operation for the West Stand Upper Tier. Supporters wanting to sit in other areas of the ground are advised to book asap. Call the KC Stadium Ticket Office on 01482 505600 or visit us in person to book your seat.
