A Disabled Users Group for Tigers fans is now up and running and this is the page where you'll find all the news and information relating to it.
The Club's Disabled Liaison Officer is Ann Holland, who is on hand 9am-5pm five days a week to deal with any queries you may have.
She can be contacted on (01482) 304835 or via email at ann.holland@hulltigers.com
The KC Stadium has arguably the top facilities in the country for disabled supporters and provides 150 spaces for wheelchair users and their helpers.
There are also a further 300 spaces for the ambulant disabled.
The Club has a strong commitment to all its supporters recognising that disabled fans are fans, part of the crowd, who enjoy football the same as everyone else: the same excitement, the same disappointment, the same highs and the same lows.
Football plays an important part in peoples' lives. It might be that you have not been to a football match for a long time or even at all. If you would like to come to a football match at Hull City AFC but are not sure how you would feel just tell us. We can arrange for you to visit the ground on a non-match day to help familiarise yourself before coming to a match. Please contact Ann Holland on (01482) 304835 or email ann.holland@hulltigers.com
Please note that those who act as carers/assistants must purchase a ticket when attending a match alone as the carer/assistant ticket will not be valid.
Guide Dogs are welcome at the KC Stadium and it would be helpful if you would contact Ann Holland (01482 304835 / ann.holland@hulltigers.com) in advance of the game to enable arrangements to be made.
WHEELCHAIR HIRE
The KC Stadium and the Stadium Management Company would like to remind fans that we now have facilities for using the stadium's wheelchairs.
We have a wheelchair loacted in the West Stand reception which can be used by persons who require assistance to and from their car parking drop-off to their seat prior to the start and end of each game.
The wheelchair can be ordered by contacting the club's Community Liaison Assistant Ann Holland on (01482) 304835. We do require at least 48 hours notice if you wish to use the wheelchair.
VISITING DISABLED SUPPORTERS:
Parking is available for disabled visiting supporters but applications must be made by telephone or email to Ann Holland by at least 48 hours before the game.
Parking arrangements cannot be made after that time.
The Club is a full member of The Level Playing Field.
